(English) Alexander Aresdahl graduated in 2012 from the prestigious Royal Institute of Caroline in Stockholm, Sweden. During his first two years after graduation he worked in Norway and in London, England within Dental clinics mainly focusing on implant dentistry and restorative dentistry. The complexity of achieving excellent aesthetics in the frontal area of the dental arch quickly caught his interest and led to further education within the field.
Alexander has attended several courses in implant surgery, implant prosthodontics and cosmetic composite/porcelain restorations. He knows for a fact that excellent aesthetics has its foundation from the core out, meaning healthy and optimal bone structure underlying a healthy gingiva. Furthermore, the use of a light and fluorescent interactive material which should perfectly resemble natural enamel structure is a must to finalize the aesthetic image.
Among many other post graduate courses, he is currently also doing academic maxillofacial and implant research in the Maxillofacial Department in Uppsala University Hospital. Moreover, Alexander is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Alexander has a particular interest in orthodontics and practices both long term and short term
orthodontics such as Inman Aligner and Invisalign to move teeth to a more optimal position in order to keep the cosmetic procedure minimally invasive. In his spare time, Alexander likes to attend the gym and travel to explore the world and see new cultures.
