Giulio Pavolucci was born in Siena in 1984.
After obtaining his high school leaving qualification in classical studies, in July 2009 he graduated cum laude in dentistry and dental prosthodontics from Siena University, with an experimental clinical and laboratory thesis entitled: “Studio prospettico in vitro ed in vivo su restauri di V classe in composito con l’uso di due differenti classi di adesivi”, with prof. Simone Grandini as a supervisor.
In the academic year 2009-2010 he was a tutor at an advanced course for dentists on laser usage and new technologies in odontostomatology, in the treatment of soft and hard, oral and perioral tissues, at Siena University.
Contract professor in restorative dentistry at Siena University, academic year 2010-2011.
Since 2010, teacher at prof. Grandini’s postgraduate master course in conservative dentistry and endodontics at Siena University.
He is an active member of Società Italiana di Odontoiatria Conservatrice (SIDOC).
He contributed to the books “La protesi fissa con margini di chiusura verticali” and “La Protesi Implantare: vantaggi, problemi e soluzioni pratiche” by Ezio Bruna and Andrea Fabianelli, published by Elsevier.
At present he works at the Fabianelli-Plahuta dental office in Cortona (AR) and at prof. Grandini’s division of endodontics and conservative dentistry at the department of odontostomatological sciences of the “Le Scotte” hospital in Siena.
